Hiring for Legal HR Manager (Compliance/Employee Relation)- Leading MNC into Financial Sector
Job Description:
- Dealing with various Labour Law Compliances – PAN India, & resolving issues of the company employees (viz. ESIC, Provident Fund, Maternity benefits, Minimum wages & Mediclaim)
- Liasoning with Labour Authorities & Other Government Departments (viz PF, ESI, State Labour Department, Central Labour department, Labour courts, Prof. Tax, Shops & Establishment Authorities)
- Responsible to present MIS of all the audits, inspections, notices, court cases of the company within HR Domain to Senior management.
- Handling HR related litigation by and against the company by co-ordinating with lawyers.
- Carry out compliance under various labour laws like CLRA Act, ESIC Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefits and Provident Fund Act through Vendors
- Industrial Relations & Employee Relations :
Conducting Internal Enquiries in Risk Cases
Conducting Enquiries in Sexual Harassment Cases
Issuing Warnings, Caution Notes, Terminations to erring employees & Handling other disciplinary issues of Employees
- Handling Compliance Vendors
Candidate Should be either MBA Fulltime or LLB with an experience of handling Pan India Statutory Compliance from Financial Sector
