Arsenius Skill Capital is Hiring Legal Head for a Leading Developer in Pune

Location: Pune - Baner

CTC: up to 30 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization.

- Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents for compliance with laws and regulations.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other departments on legal matters.

- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Draft and prepare contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

- Maintain and update the contract management database.

- Attend board meetings and provide legal advice on corporate governance issues.

- Assist in the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents.

- Review and approve regulatory filings and disclosures.

- Conduct legal risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Monitor and manage legal disputes, litigation, and claims.

- Respond to legal inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.

- Oversee and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution processes.

- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and court filings.

- Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

- Conduct IP audits and assessments.

- Draft and file trademark, patent, and copyright applications.

- Review and negotiate licensing agreements and technology transfer agreements.

- Review and interpret laws, regulations, and legal documents.

- Provide legal opinions, memoranda, and reports on various legal matters.

- Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and achieve business objectives.

- Liaison with all Government Authorities Talathi / Circle Officer/ Tahsildar /Collector / Commissioner, TILR office, City Survey Office etc.

- Collect the Revenue records of the lands i.e. 7/12 extracts, Mutation Entries etc. from the concern government Departments.

Requisite:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Additional qualifications such as LLM or MBA will be an advantage.

- Minimum of [10] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
