- Applicant with 15+ yrs of Legal Experience

- Applicants from Pharma Industry would be highly preferred

- Strong on drafting Agreements, Contacts & Legal Litigation

- Experience in handling Civil & Criminal Litigation

- Strong experience in handling negotiation and close as per business needs

- Preparation of reply and representation before Ombudsman, Consumer court, 

- Arbitration and other Government bodies
