One of the reputed Manufacturing companies is looking to hire a Legal Head with 10+ years of experience for their Mumbai Office. Looking from Asset Management Companies, NBFC, Wealth Houses and Equity Firms.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Merger and Acquisition Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation pertaining to merger and acquisition transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

2. Private Equity Legal Handling: Specialization in private equity investments, private and public mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures and foreign investments.

3. Buy-Side and Sell-Side Transactions: Lead legal initiatives for buy-side and sell-side transactions, encompassing contract negotiations, risk assessment, and strategic risk mitigation.

4. Corporate Merger and Acquisition: Provide expert legal counsel for corporate mergers and acquisitions, including conducting legal due diligence, advising on deal structuring, and facilitating contract negotiations.

5. Real Estate and Infrastructure Investments: Manage legal matters associated with REITs, INVITs, and other real estate and infrastructure investments, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.

6. Debts and Credits: Oversee legal aspects of diverse debt and credit transactions, including bond issuances, loans, and credit facilities.

7. Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs): Take responsibility for all legal matters concerning NBFCs, including regulatory compliance, licensing, and transactional support.

8. Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs): Offer comprehensive legal support for the establishment and administration of AIFs, ensuring strict compliance with SEBI regulations.

9. Group-Related Legal Issues: Address any legal issues that may arise within the Famy Care Group, providing expert legal counsel and solutions.
