Key Responsibilities:

Legal Compliance:

- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to manufacturing operations in India, including labor laws, environmental regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.

Contract Management:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, and employment contracts. Ensure that contracts align with the company's objectives and mitigate legal risks.

Litigation Management:

- Manage all legal disputes, litigation, and claims involving the company. Work closely with external legal counsel to develop strategies for dispute resolution, settlement negotiations, and litigation defence.

Intellectual Property Protection:

- Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Monitor for potential infringement and take appropriate legal action when necessary.

Regulatory Affairs:

- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements affecting the manufacturing industry in India.

- Advise senior management on compliance strategies and potential regulatory risks.

Corporate Governance:

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and best practices. Oversee the preparation of board resolutions, corporate filings, and other legal documents required for corporate governance purposes.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and propose risk mitigation strategies.


- Provide guidance to management on risk management practices and policies.

Legal Advice and Training:

- Provide proactive legal advice and guidance to senior management and other departments within the organization. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on legal issues relevant to their roles.

Legal Family matters:

- Handling and coordinating the family matters in legal court.
