Legal Head - LLB/LLM - Digital Sales & Services

Company Profile :

Our Client is coming up with the new business which is called Digital Sales & Services. This is basically started to support there subscribers with all the new application, new connection, recharge, activation of new sim card, new connections by using their apps. They are looking out for a legal professional who can set up the function from scratch and will be handling the team.

Experience : 7-15 yrs

- Should be an LLB or LLM

Location : Mumbai

Candidate Requirement :

- Candidate needs to oversee all legal work for digital business / Media Industry / E-commerce online Sector

- Involve drafting, vetting of contracts. Handle operational issues. Advice and guide business.

- Handle Structure deals. Supervise team and their work including review their drafts and guide them. Handle any litigation matter.

- Assisting in litigation strategy, Controlling the issuance/execution of agreements and maintaining the escrow for all agreements.

- Identification of the compliance requirements under the various applicable laws (corporate and employment laws) and providing compliance status summary for all offices. Please note that this would be done in a phased manner and we would be reviewing various acts on an on-going basis.
