Legal Head for an Engineering and Infrastructure Company

One of our clients in the Engineering and Infrastructure Industry is looking for a Head Legal profile:

The ideal candidate should be primarily from good corporate houses, essentially from non IT and non Finance background.

The primary job responsibilities include :

1. Strong litigation experience.

2. Contracts - the candidate should be able to draft / review and formalise agreements.

3. Managing the disciplinary framework for internal employees.

4. Act as a liason between the organisation and various other legal agencies

5. Advise senior management on Legal matters and draw the Legal strategy for the organisation.
