Legal & Finance Manager - Big 4

BNC is hiring for Big 4 for Legal & Finance role for Mumbai location

1. Ensuring legal compliance and Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program

2. Ensuring complete compliance lifecycle for all verticals

3. Setting up and managing legal compliance management tool in association with IT team

4. Creation and maintenance of compliance database and implementation of compliance solutions

5. Performing compliance audits and gap analysis

6. Review corporate activities and ensure compliance with ESG policies, management plans and procedures

7. Monitor the effectiveness of implementation of appropriate ESG management system

8. Monitoring all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system

Desired Candidate Profile

1. CS LLB with 6 to 8 years of post qualification experience preferably from top rated law firms

2. Experience in legal compliance and implementation and ESG

3. Working knowledge of compliance tools

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
