Salary Range: 8-9 LPA
This recruit will be paralegal resource which the company will hire and will be responsible for non - litigation and litigation matters.
He/She will be responsible for vetting, drafting, negotiating legal agreements and clauses and will be required to coordinate on litigation matters as well
Roles and responsibilities of the candidate shall be as under:
- Vetting, drafting, black lining and gap analysis of the following types of agreements:
- Rent agreements for company offices and for ATM sites;
- License Agreements;
- Non - Disclosure Agreements;
- Service Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
Litigation:
- Drafting of notices/ replies
- Coordinating with business teams for collating the details in the matter
- Coordinating with the Advocates for litigation matter and providing the necessary documentation to them;
- Preparation of case sheet;
Contract Management:
- Overseeing execution of contract;
- Maintaining database for all the agreements;
- Updating database for agreements on real time basis;
Litigation Management:
- Maintaining database for litigation;
- Maintaining database for notices;
- Maintaining roznama for all litigations.
Advisory:
- Advising the business teams on legal issues on case to case basis.
Research:
- Assisting in research on case to case basis.
