Legal Entity Controller - FMCG

Areas of Responsibility :

- Statutory Books of Accounts

- Tax Audits

- IFRS

- Internal Financial Control (IFC)

- Consolidation for BIC Group Reporting

- Systems and Processes

- Internal Audit

- Put together the Financial Statements for the legal entities, completing the statutory audit within the agreed timelines

- Anchoring the tax audit, along with the completion of all related formalities for the entities

- Implementation of IFRS for the legal entities in financial year 2017-18

- Assist the Financial Controller in implementation and adoption of IFC in the entities managed

- Monthly reporting of Financial Statements for the Entities

- Design and Maintain system and processes to ensure compliant and correct financial statements

- Ensure completion of internal audits with the external auditors and closure of all the agreed actions
