Legal Entity Control

Looking for --

- CA / CPA

- Experience with statutory reporting, financial accounting, compliance, financial reporting

Experience -- 14 years +

Industry-- Banking/BFSI industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities---

- Financial Reporting / Financial Control / Management of the legal entity control framework for effective risk management of legal entities including policies and procedures and ownership of Finance Control / Preparation of regulatory/ compliance reporting to regulators .
