We have an urgent opening for Legal Counsel for Mumbai location with a reputed company in Wind System industry. Person should have experience in contract management and negotiation.

Important points to consider are:

- They are looking for 'Legal Counsel to Support Sales Organization'.

- Person would be taking care of 'Contract Management' - this is the main profile.

- Other related things would be negotiations, meeting clients, claim management etc would be the part of the role.

- Company sells their product and services to clients - so looking for someone from selling industry is important.

- From those companies who buys product and service; legal person from these companies would not work.

- Experience into hard core 'Contract Management' is mandatory.

- No Litigation, Court case, etc should be there.
