Legal Counsel

Role Overview: Manage all legal matters, including contracts, agreements privacy, and compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Provide legal advice to management on various matters.

- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (GDPR, CCPA

- Handle intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate governance

Requirements:

- 8+ years of legal experience in SaaS or tech.

- Strong knowledge of international business law and regulations.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Law degree (JD or equivalent).
