Legal Counsel Role - BFS

Legal Counsel

- Must be an BL/LL.B or LLM degree holder

- Must have experience in Contract drafting, Negotiation, Red - lining and Contract Abstraction.

- Understand and implement client process updates efficiently and in a timely manner

- Drafting of customer changes to standard licensing agreements/amendments.

- Drafting NDAs, notices, termination letters etc.

- Legal Research, Contract Review

- Deliver process SLA requirements consistently

- NP (Limited to 30 days only)
