Legal Counsel - LLB/LLM - Telecom

Urgently required Legal Counsel with 15-20 Years of experience for one of the leading firm in Mumbai with the experience of Commercial Contract, Cross border contracts etc.

Candidate must from Mumbai only

Qualification : LLB/LLM

1. Provide strong contracting, legal and regulatory support to the business/procurement teams on all business operations and activities of the Company.

2. Draft contract templates for all lines of business of the organization.

3. In coordination with Organization's policies and compliance, provide appropriate advice and training to the business/procurement/relevant teams on related contracting matters.

4. Manage customer contracts and provide support to effectively monitor and enforce the contracts from a legal perspective.
