Legal Counsel - IT - LLB/LLM

- With one of our Reputed client in Mumbai we are hiring candidates for the role of Legal Counsel.

- Contract Lifecycle Management roll out Leverage technology to simplify contracting processes

- Legal Counsel will be based in Mumbai

- 1-5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in a top-tier law firm or with relevant in-house experience

- The role reports into the Director-Legal and will also contribute as the legal partner with functions, including sales, commercial team, procurement, operations, exports , finance, and HR.

Education Qualification:

1. LLB - 3year /5yr integrated

2. Certification/ Diploma in Data Privacy/GDPR

3. LLM in Information Technology /Privacy Laws preferred

Technical & Professional Knowledge required:

1. Ability to analyse and critically comment on proposed contract language, and in general must be able to express self clearly in both written and verbal communication

2. Legal drafting skills

3. Research laws and regulations as required

4. Corporate Re-structuring.
