Legal Counsel - Internet/Online

- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity as an Legal counsel.

- Should be well versed in drafting, vetting, interpreting, executing, and registering various legal documents related to IT, non-IT, purchase, license agreements, software development, commercial properties, commercial contracts, business contracts, agreements to sale, lease, and sale deeds.

- Provide legal review on employment-related agreements, develop standard templates, and support legal documentation.

- Inhouse legal counsel & generalist experience is must.

- Provide strategic legal guidance and legal advice for employment (statutory) and legal matters to the human resources team in Hyderabad.

- Provide legal advice on social security Indian legislation and employment laws, including legal advice, guidance, and representation in areas such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, advisory on wage and hour disputes, advice sought on employee benefits, and certain complex leaves of absence.

- Respond to legal notices, official communications by regulatory authorities.
