Legal Counsel - FMCG - LLB

Executive Hiring is looking for a Female Talent as Legal Counsel for one of the MNC Consumer organisation, based at Mumbai.

Female, Post Grad in LAW, ONLY from NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, NLU Delhi, NLU Jodhpur, NUJS Kolkata; SIU Pune with 8-10 Years of work experience in an FMCG into Beauty / Personal Care / Hygiene , handling Legal Function is mandatory.

KRA's :

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of laws in the beauty & hygiene products including Drugs & Cosmetics, Drugs & Magic Remedies; laws related to Consumers, Advertisements, Competition; Legal Metrology; Contracts; and all other civil and criminal laws & procedures as relevant to business.

- Experience in providing legal advice on issues pertaining to hygiene & beauty products.

- Experience of working with Commercial, Expert Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, R & D teams

- Managing litigation and regulatory issues

- Drafting & reviewing commercial contracts
