Legal Counsel - FMCG

Urgently seeking a Legal Counsel with a American based FMCG giant with offices in India.

Company - American based FMCG giant with offices in India

Title - Legal Counsel,India.

Location - Mumbai or Pune (open roles in 2 locations)

Role:

- Legal Counsel with 10-12 years Post qualification experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in FMCG space (preferred).

- Experience in drafting and Commercial Contracts negotiation and approval of contracts and ensure laws and contractual agreements have preventive measures in place.

- Experience in Commercial Contracts Negotiation,professional legal advice, legal leadership, strategy and risk management through knowledge experience and help develop compliance systems and processes for all K-C operations and all areas of the business in India in conjunction with functional and business leaders in the countries and with appointed external legal advisers.

- Provide guidance and direction in corporate commercial matters.

- A qualified lawyer with a law degree from a good university.

- Excellent command of both spoken and written Hindi and English.

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
