Hiring for a Employment and Litigation Counsel, Bangalore/ Delhi NCR for a large sized IT Multinational

Key Skills Required :

- At least 7 years minimum experience at a law firm in broad management-side employment law practice, including advising on federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

- Advice and counsel the Human Resources professionals and business leaders on employment and labour law compliance, as well as advising on employment and contract, litigation matters and potential matters.

- Understanding the Indian federal and state employment law matters is a must.

- Excellent human resources problem solving skills, experience and skill in balancing business needs and potential compliance risks.

- Ability to collaborate with other members of the legal team, HR professionals, and business leaders on a broad range of matters, projects and initiatives.

Education : LLM degree is a must
