Overview:
The role requires understanding of contract management, compliance regulations related to advertising. Reviewing day to day implications of these regulations and providing counsel to business on the above mentioned area of expertise will be expected.
Responsibilities:
1) Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts of Corporate Marketing
2) Review and approval of all marketing communications and creatives (for both customers and partners) for Domestic & International
3) Review and Advise on Consumer offers and related customer VOCs for Domestic & International
4) Drafting of Offer Terms and Conditions both offline and online for Domestic & International
5) Handle notices issued by Advertising Standard Counsel of India
6) General Advisory and Opinion for day-to-day business activities
7) Managing compliances related to Advertising and Legal Metrology
8) Review of Packaging Labels in accordance with Legal Metrology Act and Legal Metrology (Packaged commodities) Rules.
Requirements:
1) Prior work experience of 8-16 years in similar domain
2) Bachelors/Masters Degree in Law
