Legal & Contract Role - IT

Urgent opening for Legal & Contract position for Most leading IT company.

Education;LL.B

Exp: Minimum 5-8 years (3 years In IT Company),

Qualification, experience & attribute:

- LL.B.

- Minimum 6 years of experience

- Good communication skills

- Good team player

Skills required:

- Applies professional judgment based on analysis of quantitative data and information

- Required to structure and negotiate International IT business transactions

- Draft transactional documents

- Perform legal research

- Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal documents

- Coordinating with external counsels

- Negotiate and close procurement contracts.

- Advises senior management about contractual risks which can create legal and/or business risk

- Leads TechM cross functional team negotiating non standard terms and conditions with customers
