Legal and Contract Mangement

Urgent opening with one of Big four that employees more than 2 Lakhs employees with revenue US$ 34.2 billion.

Key competencies (knowledge/experience) :

- Legal Professional having 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in risk management

- Exposure in reviewing series of contractual documentation including Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, NDA, Subcontractor Agreement, Change Order, Amendments, Proposals, Sub-contractor flow down, etc

- Proficient in reviewing Request for Proposals (RFP)/RFI and developing appropriate comprehensive exceptions document

- Good understanding of the contracting life cycle

- Exposure to risk identification; risk assessment/analysis and risk mitigation

- Exposure to contract language and risk mitigations associated with access to highly confidential client information including PII/PHI

- Experience in identifying business risks

- Excellent analytical, presentation and relationship management skills

- Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills.
