Legal Consultant - Power/FMCG/Manufacturing Firm

Legal consultant

The professional should have experience in :

1. Contracts management

2. Compliance Management

3. Local documents (drafting, reviewing & negotiating)

4. Stakeholder management.

5. Experience in operational contracts, vendor contracts, procurement contracts etc.

Other requirements :

1. Should be open to traveling on a tight schedule. However the role would require the person to be working from office in Chennai.

2. Fluency in Tamil is an added bonus but not mandatory. (Factory licenses are in Tamil.)

3. Ordered preference is that of the power sector, manufacturing sector & FMCG.

4. Should be quick on their feet, independent and should be able to take calls on their own.
