Legal Consultant - FMCG

Looking for a female candidate for a role of a Consultant-Legal for a Leading FMCG Company.

The job Requirements are as follows:-

- Detailed Audit of existing agreements & contracts.

- Identification of key risks and plan to be drawn up for mitigating risks.

- Creating a centralised library of all agreements & contracts.

- Standardisation of key agreements & Contracts.

The person would be working as a consultant on a project.

Prior exp with the legal team of an FMCG company will be preferable.
