Legal Department-
- Driving the company's Compliance within the business (e.g. Whistleblowing, Anti-bribery, Code of Conduct)
- Maintain an exhaustive compliance checklist as per Indian legal requirements
- Legal & Regulatory Reporting to Board based on the monthly report received from functional and business heads
- Periodic compliance monitoring of various functions/business lines
- Mystery shopping and compliance surveillances.
- Compliance Training and awareness to the employees
- Have cordial relationship with internal and external customers
- Keep self and team posted of the constant changes happening and come up with innovative ways of functioning.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects including compliance management -6-10 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Law
