Position Description:
A permanent role to support both the Legal team (to review legal documents, conduct legal research and draft legal documents) and the Compliance team (to help with staff compliances especially organizing and tracking staff compliance training across locations)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, red-line and vet NDAs, Engagement Letters, SOWs, Work Orders, Agreement Amendments, Termination Letters and similar documents
- Clarify and resolve contractual queries
- Support HR team to resolve and clarify HR matters and assist senior lawyers with HR related legal work
- Support compliance team in organizing staff compliance training across locations
- Tracking and documenting staff compliance training across locations
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and process oriented
- Investigative skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good prioritization, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
Educational / Professional Qualifications:
- Graduate in Law
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferable
