We carry experience in advising Venture Capital funds, Accelerators, Incubators, Impact funds, Angel networks - syndicate & non-syndicate (both onshore and offshore), Startups, Fortune 500 multinationals doing business in India and Indian business houses on a wide range of matters. These assignments relate to Investments (Primary & Secondary), Fund setup, holding re-structuring / business re-organizations, entry strategy, cross-border tax structuring, mergers & acquisitions, tax litigation strategy, fund setup, administration & compliance and regulatory policy advisory across a range of sectors.

Currently we are looking for Legal Associate - Transaction Advisory based out of Delhi.

Job Description :

Job Title : Associate

Functional : Legal/Law

Total Experience : 3-6 Years

Compensation : As per industry norm

Principal Responsibilities :

- Experience in handling legal due diligence teams.

- Drafting transaction documents relating to PE/VC investment, M&A and JV's.

- Knowledge of FEMA, corporate laws, security laws and labour laws will be added advantage.

Education Qualification : LLB

- Should have an excellent attitude towards work, willing to take complete ownership over tasks and projects.
