We are assisting our client, a tier-one law firm in their search to hire a lawyer for their Learning and Development role with post qualification of 2+ years for their Mumbai office.
Job Description:
(i) formulating and finalizing the learning curriculum for lawyers of all designations, across practice areas and offices;
(ii) reviewing course material and presentations to be used for learning sessions;
(iii) reviewing (not tracking) legal developments and making recommendations for learning sessions, publications etc.;
(iv) certain administrative functions, including managing the L&D dashboard, any learning management systems and other tech-based applications as required;
(v) working with lawyers of the Firm and business service professionals on various L&D projects.
Academics and Skill Set Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in law from a premier law school. The applicant should have worked in a Tier- I law firm, for at least 2 years, and should have good writing skills and interpersonal skills.
