Job Description/KRAs:
Litigations:
- Handling Cases, related to, Cases filed of Negotiable Instrument Act, Money Recovery Suits, Summary Suits, Arbitration Matters, Writ Petitions, Defamation Suits, Cases under Legal Metrology Act and Rules, Cases under Food Safety Act and Rules, Consumer Complaints, Criminal Complaints for Cheating, Mischief, Forgery and Cases filed by Employees on Termination of Services etc.
- Handling cases related to infringement and passing off of Trademark.
Compliances:
- Under guidance of Seniors handling Legal Compliances of the Plants (Factories) and Sales Offices, which mainly includes preparing of Compliance Check Lists and drafting of Compliance report and submitting the report on the received Check Lists to the Management, conducting legal audits in the respective Plants and Sales Offices as per the requirement under different Acts, Rules & Regulations, for ensuring Compliance is done properly and as required by law.
- Also handling Compliances under Legal Metrology Act and Rules, Food Safety and Standards Act and Rules. Mainly consists of verifying packing and other materials, giving opinions on related declarations etc.
Salary offered: 5 - 8 LPA
