Designation: Legal-Advisory

Experience: 10-15 years

Location : Pune

Skills Required:

- Involves advising internal functions such as CS, HR, RMG, Finance etc in IT industry

- Drafting and finalizing contracts with vendors of all internal functions such as contracts for security services, housekeeping, cafeteria services, ATMs etc.

- Advising HR on all HR related legal aspects such as advises on applicable laws, drafting and upgrading internal templates, offer letters, termination of employees including overseas HR related advice.

- Advising RMG on hiring of subcontractors and providing contract templates suitable to recruit / hire as per local country laws

- Finalizing contracts for Finance Dept with bankers and other advisors

Qualification, experience & attribute:

- LLB,

- LLM

- Minimum 10 to 15 years corporate experience

- Good communication skills

- Good team player
