Responsibilities:
- The Senior Manager Marketing, will be responsible for leading core marketing initiatives spanning website, brand, content, social media, and conversion rate improvement.
- We are looking for someone to own organic traffic, and conversion rates and take responsibility for initiatives towards increasing organic traffic (content generation & dissemination through emails, social, PR, and other non-paid channels) as well as increasing conversion (from visits/sessions - > scheduling a demo) through website design, content changes, A/B experimentation, etc.
The role has 2 major focus areas:
Increasing Traffic:
- Create and update, website content to ensure it aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance user experience and SEO performance of key website sections.
- Create high-quality thought leadership content generation through webinars/podcasts.
- Use all available resources and content to boost engagement levels on our social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter), while maintaining product positioning.
- Owning PR as a channel and building a sustainable process that grows the Leena AI brand through third-party validation.
- Increase Conversion rates: Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to inform content strategy. Campaign and GTM Strategy improve sign-ups and build a stronger pipeline.
- Use relationships built via webinars/podcasts to align more CXO-level meetings for AEs directly impacting conversion rates (SAO/SQL).
- Using Brand (Social Media and PR) channels to build long-term relationships and influence our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) CXOs of large enterprises.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with multiple roles across the marketing organization, including content creation and management.
- Bachelor's degree from a top school, MBA preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, social media management tools).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Show more Show less
