HR Business Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic HR support to assigned business units or departments, and driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in HRBP roles and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:Change Management and Organizational Development:- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, by providing change leadership and communication support.
- Drive organizational development interventions to enhance team effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture alignment with company values.
Policies & Procedures:- Interpret and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards.
Data analysis & Reporting: - Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify insights, drive decision-making, and develop actionable recommendations for improving HR processes and practices.
Training & Development: - Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops or seminars to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
Employee Engagement: - Engagement through initiatives such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
HR Business partnering: - Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing HR expertise, guidance, and support on people-related matters. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters and proactively identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness.
HR Operations and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and provide guidance on HR-related regulations and legislation.
- Partner with HR Shared Services teams to deliver seamless HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA from a premier institute preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6-7 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
