Leena AI is looking for a result-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities and engage and build relationships with potential customers in the India region.
Job Description - US Sales Development Director
Leena AI is a virtual employee assistant that empowers enterprises to transform employee experiences. Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure utilizing solution selling techniques.
- Maintain accurate forecasting metrics and record keeping of sales data.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and coordination across sales, marketing and implementation teams.
- Meeting quota by iteratively closing on the presented opportunities.
- Establish and manage relationships between the organization and client and prospective client senior executives.
- Acquire and maintain a solid knowledge of the organization's solution portfolio and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Should have 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS Sales & 3+ Years experience in Team handling
- Advanced understanding of SaaS GTM strategies, benchmarks, and processes.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue pipeline at large enterprise accounts managing outbound prospecting teams.
- Experience leading and developing a global inbound sales development team at scale (>20 team members).
- Power user of Hubspot and SDR cadence management software.
- Ability to drive cross functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams.
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional SDRs and SDR managers.
- Awareness of industry trends in enterprise digital transformation, business process management, and HR technology landscape. (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English.
