Handle the entire branch activities viz.:

1. Business development

2. Achieving Sales budget and growth.

3. Handle entire branch operations effectively.

4. Ensuring 100% Collection and Debtor Management.

5. Cost management, continuously reducing expenses, managing operation cost.

6. Execute regular performance reviews of the branch with periodical meetings.
