Leasing Manager - Real Estate

Job details:

- Formulate, develop and implement leasing strategies of assigned commercial/retail properties.

- Renewal of agreements of existing clients and managing Master Data.

- Completing information of RFP with help of various departments in order to respond to client query.

- Identifying and maintaining good database of channel partners, Marketing Heads and Brand Managers for getting the Leasing done. Candidate will be SPOC for all of them

- Increased focus on existing clients to get repeat business.

- Helping and guiding fellow team members in getting the transactions done.

- Helping team in conducting site inspections.

- Keeping track of Market movement and competitors leasing business

- Negotiate leases, other commercials and attend to tenancy related matters with the team of core decision makers of the concerned brand.

- Plan and implement the tenancy mix in the assigned retail malls after analysing brand profile and market value, operational standards and ability to produce desired footfalls

- Co-ordination with projects team, services team and vendor during the fit outs for timely delivery of the demised premises.

- Responsible for resolving in case of update from accounts team in case of non-receipt of rents .

- Responsible for coordinating with Design team to get 3d and renderings required for leasing

- Have to coordinate with digital marketing to create pre lease hype.

- Have to coordinate with facilities manager in case of escalation from tenant on any issues and do close looping

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work..

- Enjoy networking and meeting new people.

- Own conveyance is a must

- Minimum 3 year experience in similar space
