Our Client is a US$ 3 billion Indian multi-business conglomerate group with interests in financial services, healthcare and insurance.

As the Leasing Manager- Commercial, you will be managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.

What you will do :

- Securing new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and leasing the current projects.

- Providing tenants with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.

- Accompanying prospective customers to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.

- Compiling property data for customers, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations.

- Preparing Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzing data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.

- Gathering and coordinating materials necessary for deal closure such as LOI, leases, and sales agreements.

- Preparing offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.

- Maintaining current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.

- Drafting correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gathering, preparing, and distributing marketing materials.

- Engaging in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.

- Other duties may be assigned.

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have :

- Min of 2-4 years of experience is required with a minimum of 3 years in Real Estate (Commercial Leasing).

- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.

- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.

- Conducts basic financial analysis
