Responsibilities :

- Leasing Strategy - Formulate and execute leasing strategies for existing and upcoming projects

- Maximize occupancy in all commercial and warehousing projects

- Proactively work on tenant/client acquisition - Identify and pursue potential tenants, focusing on corporate and industrial clients such as Hospitals, Offices, Hotels, Banks, Institutes, Retail, E-Commerce, etc.

- Relationship Management - Leverage existing industry connections and goodwill to negotiate and finalize lease agreements

- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and demand, ensuring competitive leasing terms and conditions

- Reporting - Provide regular updates and reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance to senior management

- Coordinate with real estate consultants, legal team, etc to ensure hassle free leasing out of properties

- Contract Management

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience

- Experience in commercial leasing with large real estate companies and/or with real estate consulting companies

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Deep understanding of commercial real estate products and market

- Have familiarity with leasing documents and the ability to draft lease negotiation documents such as letters of Intent and other correspondence in an efficient, professional and timely manner
