Lease Analyst - Transaction Management - Property Management Firm

- Leasing Cash flow preparation/ analysis

- Manage & engage with brokers and stakeholders

- Co-ordination, preparation and maintaining documentation regarding leasing

- Prepare reports for analysing leasing portfolios

- Distinguish between serviced and traditional offices

Profile : 

- Minimum Work Experience of at least a Year in the Real Estate Industry/IPC Preferred

- Commercial leasing strategy related experience

- Good communication skills
