Experience - 15 Years - 21 Years in Tier-1/Tier-2 Universities and Colleges

- Education Required - Postgraduate/Doctorate with a masters in library and Information Science

- Strategic direction to the development of resources and services across the campuses.

- Overall guidance and directions to the team in their day-to-day work and aligning work across the locations creating synergy for better efficiency

- Resource Optimization, Budget Management, and Cost Control

- The incumbent oversees the workflow of LRC's various units, viz., Acquisition, Serial Control, Case Studies, and Copyright Permission, Electronic Information Services, and Circulation Control, to set broad guidelines and standards and re-orient the process aligning with the dynamic needs of the user community across the campuses.

- The position requires involving the student's committees and coordinating with the student's representative and other vital stakeholders to manage and maintain the LRC service standards consistently.
