- Managing functions of engagement, learning, OD
- Talent Management and Development
- Must have worked across multiple countries in APAC in training needs assessment, designing and delivering learning interventions and assessing feedback.
- Must have leveraged technology and online learning platforms to maximize outreach and usability.
This role will be involved in a diverse array of challenging L&D Initiatives targeted at internal customers (all verticals within the firm) including, but not limited to :
1. Behavioral & Soft Skills Training Delivery (Facilitation)
2. Training Need Analysis (utilization of TNA tools and instruments)
3. Vendor Management for Technical Training (on Domain Competencies)
4. Instructional Design (Courseware Development + Program Customization)
5. Outbound Training Programs (deployment of external Consultants)
6. LMS (strategic & operational handling of the Learning Management System)
7. E-Learning module (creation of Learning-Programs aligned to the MAX Competency Framework)
8. Leadership Development Programs (aligned to the MAX Leadership Framework)
9. Training Audits (based on Kirkpatrick Levels I, II and III)
10. Supervision of Cyclical Training Initiatives (Mgmt Trainee Program; New Employee Induction)
11. Judicious Utilization of the Training Budget (with a scrupulous watch on wasteful expenditures)
12. Excellent communications skills
