- Responsible for learning and organisational effectiveness enabling learning solutions, development needs, design, delivery and change management impacting organisations success.


- Responsible for managing learning technology LMS/LXP and deploying energy technology trends in the L&D Domain.

Description

- Leading the learning and development for the Non - retail and Manufacturing functions in the organisation.

- Designing and facilitating learning programs in coordination with both In - House and external SME's.


- Ensuring organisation's effectiveness and development.


- Management of the entire Learning Management System and promoting usage of LMS/LXP


Profile

- MBA / Master's degree in organisational behaviour, HR Management or related field.

- 12 - 15 years of experience in Learning Management and Organisational effectiveness.
