Essentials :
- An understanding/practical working knowledge of the PI service offerings
- Demonstrable experience in Learning Needs Analysis
- Project Management and Business Analytics Skills
- Strong communications and Stakeholder management Skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25 - 30 % of time, across India
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the PI Leadership to prepare and manage the PI Learning Plan. This will include conceptualizing high-impact Learning interventions across learning tracks, through effective deployment of the various learning modes
- Foresee challenges in the implementation of the Learning Plan and highlight to the Learning Sponsoring Partner to seek guidance and support
- Finalize dates, nominate facilitators, review content, agenda of various program roll outs
- Take decisions on program cancellations, reschedules and changes based on business requirements
- Monitor and track outcomes of Learning Interventions/ reviewing program performances and prepare/ present reports to management

Qualifications and Experience :
- MBA FULL TIME from a Tier 1 ie only from Top 20 MBA institutes (IIMs, ISB etc.).
- 6 years of consulting experience
