Senior Program Manager - CSR Education Project.
Profile: Senior Program Manager.
Learning Links Foundation (LLF) is an ISO 9001-2015 certified non-profit organization, working in the field of formal and non-formal education, dedicated to improving learning levels, promoting innovation, fostering 21st-century skills and enabling systemic changes in the ecosystem. Established in 2002, the foundation works with partners from the private, public, and non-profit sectors to identify opportunities, address challenges, and transform the Indian education landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Setting up the program when expanded or designing a new blueprint based on ever-changing needs.
- Empower & manage a team of Academic Facilitators with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Scheduling of student timetable in coordination with School personnel and other partners ensuring there are no clashes and maximum efficiency.
- Develop an implementation plan for the program and allocate and monitor resources to maximize efficiency.
- Implement and manage the intervention to ensure timely adherence of project deliverables.
- Provide high-quality coaching and advisory support to staff. Provides technical assistance and ensures best practices are being implemented and equipment and programs are current and relevant.
- Develop a monitoring mechanism to track progress, assess quality, analyze risks and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Information Management Reporting & Documentation.
- Ensure that relevant standards, processes and regulations of the client & organization are upheld.
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and take corrective actions wherever required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- General management ; Managing educational project teams.
- Managing funding (and other) partners.
- Technical skills to deploy technology for learning
- Managing stakeholder expectations.
- Subject matter expertise in grade-level requirements for MH / CBSE / UK Board requirements for grades 1-10.
- Knowledge of the latest education innovations, and how these can be deployed in the project.
- Written and spoken communication; good knowledge of working with laptops, Productivity tools, Kaizala, Word and Excel.
Competencies & Abilities:
- Operational efficiency and delivery.
- Documentation and timely Reporting based on program deliverables.
- Program budget and utilization, financial reporting etc.
- Managing and delivering to stakeholder expectations.
- Managing funder expectations and liaising with them.
- Maintaining team morale and motivation to deliver the best at all times.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate + (MSW, MBA or any degree in development studies).
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in NGO sector and minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- An understanding or work experience in the education sector and not-for-profit organizations,
with experience of managing large teams.
Language (local language preferred): English, Hindi, Marathi
Compensation: As per industry standards
