Work Location: Chennai (willing to travel to all project locations in South.)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify, design and execute training and developmental needs and drive suitable training to address the gap in the respective regions

- Mentor, Guide and Support the Regional trainers in Training need analysis (TNA)

- Understand and implement the organisational training strategy and assess its outcomes.

- Manage and Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for the New employees

- Calendaring, organizing and implementing periodic training to the resource people and tracking their performance by creating a proper dashboard.

- Design and deliver appropriate training methods based on case ( Virtual, Simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)

- Engage with the stake holders at regional level for reports, updates and training plans based on the need

- Collaborate with the region team in the execution of the school curriculum in all the schools

- Support the content development team on need basis

- Measure training efficiency through exit forms and submitting suitable action plan with core team

- Generation of training reports and share the same with Program Head.

- Support regional team in assessment of effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.

Job Skills required :

- Work experience in Education / Training sector minimum experience of 6 to 7 years.

- Proven experience in a - Training Management in education domain- .

- Strong pedagogical understanding and familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques.

- Good writing and record keeping ability for reports.

- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

- Travelling to schools for mentoring the team.

- Good spoken and written communication in English and regional Tamil language

- Excellent MS Office Proficiency - WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT.

- Demonstration of values and ethical standards.

Language Proficiency:

- Good communication in English.

- Proficiency (read, write and speak is must) is must in Bangalore, Tamil, Marathi or Regional Language)

Qualification :

- Any relevant Master degree

- Bachelor/Master degree in Education or relevant field

Salary : As per industry standards.
