Job description :
1. Project Delivery :
- Support Program head in Planning and delivery of the project and its related activities in coordination with Program teams.
- Design implementation strategy for the programs, its expansion and review.
- Closely work with content team for the curriculum planning, creation of new content and revising the existing if required.
- Stakeholder relationships management, partnership and funder relation and coordination for the same with CM /PM.
- Management, Monitoring of over all day to day operation of Program and its activities.
- Review existing Monitoring and evaluation tools and design new as and when required forecasting the impact of Project.
- Manage and lead the teacher training and associated pedagogy work.
- Review trends in Project using MnE tools, identify challenges and develop the plan to get the solution in support with Program manager and Director of Project.
2. Team Management :
- Identify and Plan the new recruitment for expansion or in existing project in coordination with Director and other Program team members.
- Observe the performance of all team members analyse the issues and devise a strategy to troubleshoot the same.
- Design the professional development, capacity development or other training program for program team with the help of internal or external resources.
- Supervise and Mentor the team members with the feedback.
3. Experience, Knowledge and skills :
- A hand on knowledge of education domain is must with minimum of 7 to 9 years of experience in relevance.
- Believe and adhere to high level of interpersonal skills. This includes the ability to build the relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to multi task and perform good under pressure.
- Ability to communicate in English and Tamil verbal and written both.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in report writing and its submission monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
- Skill to observe each activity in details.
