Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Salesforce-based CRM solutions to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop reports and dashboards on Salesforce to provide actionable insights and drive data informed decision making.
- Conduct data analysis and statistical analysis using tools like Minitab or SPSS to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize Tableau for data analysis and visualization, ideally integrated with Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Build capacity within the organization on established processes and ensure adoption and adherence.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Drive innovation and change management within the organization by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and inform strategic planning.
Job Skills Required:
- Proven experience in digital transformation, Salesforce-based CRM designing, implementation, and adoption.
- Strong business analytics and data analysis skills, including proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and processing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce administration experience is desired.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and control of data using tools like Minitab or SPSS is desired.
- Experience using Tableau for data analysis and visualization, ideally integrated with Salesforce, is desired.
- Project management skills and experience in defining business processes.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage expectations.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of projects.
- Proven ability to drive innovation and manage change within an organization.
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Bachelors/ Master's in Computer/Management.
- Minimum 6-8 Years of experience in managing Digital transformation/Management on a CRM Platform.
