Job Description:
- As a Project Manager at ELB Learning - Learning Experiences, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of learning projects for our clients.
- You will be responsible for engaging with our worldwide clients to ensure a delightful experience from project start to end. Managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure the seamless delivery of learning solutions that exceed client expectations.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving meaningful and delightful end learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning and execution
- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and developers, to execute project tasks efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Follow ELB Learnings proprietary project process and phases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leverage lessons learned from past projects to inform best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the education or e-learning industry.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Be responsive and available during normal and extended business hours to meet the needs of the assigned projects and clients.
