Role Purpose:
Supports the business by enhancing the capabilities / skills of the organization to meet the business challenges through :
- Training & Development interventions
- Create a conducive work environment through Employee Engagement
- Enhance employee motivation through Reward & Recognition of superior performance
Talent Development:
- Identify & collate training needs for the Circle from Appraisals and in consultation with SLC
- Analyse training needs and chart out training plan & Quarterly Training Calendar for building competencies & to cater to business needs
- Identify appropriate trainer, support and facilitate program design and delivery and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain & update training database- month-wise/ employee-wise by 1st of every month; update training details for employees on portal
- Collate training reports for the Circle and ensure timely & accurate reporting of the same in monthly MIS.
- Ensure a minimum of 100 training mandays each month; ensure an average of at least 4 mandays/employee in a year.
Talent Engagement:
- Drive business relevant employee engagement & fun @ workplace through Engagement Team at all locations by involving employees in various events, celebrations etc.
- Chart out Quarterly Calender of events in consultation with Engagement Team & oragnize atleast 2 engagement activities each month
- Excite & engage Aegis
- Ensure celebration of festivals, employees' birthdays & organize quiz/contests/sports on monthly basis
