JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Short Training Programs and Deliver Induction Modules
- Design and Track the Delivery of Training and Development programmes
- Explore and implement new Learning Technologies and Methodologies
- Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programmes
- Work closely with Practice Heads (Partners), Training Partners and the OD Team to come up with required training programs
- Content Development (Create classroom / e-learning modules as per needs)
- Identify T&D needs devise Individual Learning Plans
- Work on L&D related special projects from time to time
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- 2-4 years of experience in coordination and reporting of L&D programs
- Experience in Consulting, Big 4, BFSI, Law Firms, HR Consulting Firms etc.
- Significant experience in coordination and tracking of Classroom and E-Learning Training program.
- Knowledge of software tools like Canva, Adobe etc to create the content
- Proficient in Content Designing and Delivery of Non-Technical Training Modules
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Good ability to build relations with stakeholders
- A Bachelor/s Degree in Humanities, Business or Psychology
